Latest News

It is with sadness that we must inform you of the death of Dr John Collingwood (OW 1927 – 1936) at the age of 93 on Saturday July 24th.

Dr Collingwood was a familiar figure around Wycliffe having become a Trustee in 1967 then Vice President and finally the President of the College from 1998 until 2006.

His daughter Angela has advised that the funeral service is likely to be on Friday 6th August at his church in Coulsdon in Surrey, however final details will not be confirmed until early next week.

His support and continued devotion to the College has been much appreciated over the years and he will be greatly missed.
